0011.ai is a premium AI coding services platform that provides users with managed access to AI-powered coding tools designed to enhance developer productivity. Our services include:

• AI Coding Access: Access to supported coding assistants and model APIs through our managed platform
• Subscription Services: Flexible plans for ongoing development requirements
• API Access: Programmatic access to AI coding services through our unified API
• Technical Support: Assistance with AI coding service usage and account management

To use 0011.ai services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

0011.ai offers various subscription plans that provide access to different AI services and usage limits. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to your selected plan.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

You agree to use 0011.ai services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You may not:

• Use the services for any illegal activities or to violate any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the services to generate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Exceed usage limits or attempt to circumvent service restrictions
• Resell or redistribute access to our services without authorization

0011.ai, its logos, and related marks are trademarks of ISLET RESONANCE COMPUTATIONAL RESEARCH INTELLIGENT ALGORITHM PLATFORM ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. The services and underlying technology are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our services without permission.

Content generated through AI services may be subject to the intellectual property policies of the underlying AI providers. You are responsible for complying with such policies.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and processing. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may share your information with AI service providers as necessary to deliver our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or issues with underlying AI providers.

Usage limits apply based on your subscription plan. We may implement additional restrictions to ensure fair usage and service stability.

0011.ai provides access to third-party AI coding services and model providers. These services are subject to their respective terms of service and usage policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of third-party AI services.

0011.ai services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of this Agreement, non-payment, or other reasonable business reasons. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.

Upon termination, your access to services will cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the modified terms.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
